This is a family favorite and super, super simple. For some reason, we seem to do these more at night. I think it’s because it’s probably just easier then.

***No chickens were harmed in the taking of these pictures, although I did have to give a reminder to leave some of her head uncovered so she could get some air. LOL. This is one of our silkies, Marshmallow (12 weeks old), and she ♥♥♥s being snuggled in like this, believe it or not. See why we love our chickens?!

I am pretty sure if the girls could find their doll slings, they’d be wearing them around with chickens in them…………
PS- if you click on the pictures (like the second one in particular), you can kinda see her blue ears. One of these days, I’ll get good pictures of their ears. They all have the typical, stunning blue ears.
Oh my goodness, they do have blue ears! I never thought, chickens would want to… snuggle.
LOL … this is a first I must say!
They do! They really are just like any other pet. They’ll eat off your plate and land on your head. They will let you hold them and talk to you, and some of them are extra snuggly!

LOL nooooo… really? Noooo. That’s pretty amazing, I would never have thought that about chickens at all. Do they poop on you when they land on your head?
You can tell when they are going to poop because they fluff their feathers……. but yes, they will, if you don’t catch them in time. Although I know people who swear they have their chickens trained to go outside…….
I think we need to talk to those people ROFL!
